Thank you, Zodiac.
Her family and friends can now, at least, take comfort in knowing what happened.
Lovely video.

Claudia, is this Ms Ferreira?

Cláudia said...

Hi, amigo.
Yes, it is. I feel so sorry for her family and friends. They still had hope.

Hi Claudia
Hope you and your family are doing well.
The hope is the last to die but the uncertain about what happened to a person we love is a deep pain.
My condolences to Carina's family and friends

Cláudia said...

Hi, Mandarinn.
I'm fine, thank you. Hope you are too.
Without a doubt. Thank you for your words.

Sorry to hear it, my friend. Tragic story.

Good luck to Portugal for their match today, amiga. I will be watching them live on the 21st.

Cláudia said...

Hi, amigo.
Tragic indeed. Although her parents always hoped to find their daughter alive, they are now relieved because they know what happened and where she is. It was a tragic accident and it seems that she died quickly and didn't suffer much which is the only thing we all wished after knowing what had happened.
Thank you, Doc. Let's hope it goes well in spite of the fact that this World Cup is becoming a bit atypical with poor results for teams like France and Italy.

docmac said...

The African sides, bar one, have had poor results, amiga. Perhaps fortune will be with you this time :-)

I have it on good authority that those maddening vuvuzelas and the cold weather here in the Mother City got to the Italians last night ;-)

Cláudia said...

It's been a weird World Cup, amigo. I hope we win even though it seems Drogba will play.
Yes, the vuvuzelas can get to anyone! LOL

What a tragic waste of a lovely young life.

My condolences to her family and friends who must be distraught.

They say the good die young and they were right in this instance.

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
Thank you. Kind and true words.

Hi Claudia,

I hope you and yours are all well.

I have to sign in as Anon because it won't accept my password for some reason!

All quiet on the McCann front thankfully, but no doubt they are waiting until the World Cup and Wimbledon come off the front pages so they can replace them!

Who will be the next to be splashed across the papers as a suspect!
--------------------------------

Portugal v Spain tonight - WOW!!!

My other half being a Salamancan, I would like Spain to win but won't be unhappy if Portugal get through either as I feel a special afinity with the Portuguese after this past three years backing the PJ's!

BUENA SUERTE!!

Hi, Nancy!
I'm fine, thank you.
My uncle had surgery yesterday. It seems it went well and that he is feeling ok.
I simply love this McCann silence. Love it.
As for the game, I hope the best team wins as long as the best team is he Portuguese one! :-) Boa sorte, Nancy!

Hi Claudia,

Sincere wishes for your uncle's speedy recovery.

Great match last night - both teams deserved to win!

They played football as it should be played, unlike the English team who looked as though they were just practising!

Have a nice day everyone!

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
Thank you for your kind words.
Spain played better and deserved to win. I support Spain, now, but I sense that if Spain has to play against Germany, Brazil or Argentina, they won't make it. Let's hope I'm wrong.

docmac said...

Hello?

Are we still proud of the PJ?

Cláudia said...

Hi, Doc.
Of course. I just don't feel the need to make up 'news' when there aren't any or to post to myself so others feel the need to post themselves. When there are news, real news, I'll be here.
xxxx

docmac said...

But there is plenty of news, amiga.

Example 1: The Netherlands are the team favoured in this household to win.

Example 2: A man recently rolled over and cuddled his half-awake wife and said "It's stiff". And she replied "I've told you before - ssshhhhh...."

Cláudia said...

But, amigo, those that news are not appropriate for this blog or at least, not this entry. :-)
Gotta go.
xxxx

docmac said...

Maybe not for this particular entry, amiga. But example 2 will always be inappropriately appropriate.

I think I need a nap.

What is it with you Iberians? No energy.

Cláudia said...

It's called low blood pressure. Wanna prescribe something? My doctor told me to shut up and complain when I have high BP. :-)

Your GP was quite right :-)

Hello Claudia& all!
I feel happy to see you here again and to know about your uncle´s heath is getting better.
About no news, did you see the news about the new home secretary going to meet the wonder couple about the way to reopen the case' And, no news about the mccann´s grab money from Dr. Amaral , is it "pas de nouvelles, bonne nouvelles"?
I think your blood pressure will get higher when the weather get fresher... till then enjoy nice naps :P

Cláudia said...

Hi, Mandarinn.
Thank you. Hope you are well.
My uncle had surgery on his knee and it went quite well. He's already home and still putting up a fight.
As for the news about the possible reopening of the case, I call it non-news. Just something to keep people interested and donating. :-) Oh well, it's better than having to hear their annoying voices. :-)
Bjnhs!

Hi Claudia and everyone,

Well Spain did it and my other half (the Salamancan) is still on a high.

Viva Espana!!

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy!
It was great! I loved it. And loved to watch the fiesta! Was rooting for Spain and loved it!

docmac said...

Viva Espana, Nancy :-(

An idiot female Judge has let a transexual paedophile go free after being found guilty of downloading disgusting pictures of children being abused, because she would have suffered too much if sent to prison!!

Just what sort of a deterrent is that when the feelings of this vile paedophile are put before the feelings of children being sexually abused.

It could be only a matter of time before this vile man turned woman actually carries out these vile acts on vulnerable children!

Shame on this crazy Judge!

nancy said...

Thanks Claudia and Docmac!!

Now my eyes will be square eyed again watching golf from St Andrews!!

Will Tiger win or won't he?

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy!
I had read about that story. What a horrible decision! Where did that judge get her/his degree? Criminals like that can't help themselves!
Hope you're well.
xxxx

nancy said...

Hi Claudia,

I'm very well thanks and I hope you are too.

That Judge obviously has her brain in her nether regions!!

I see it has been officially stated that Madeleine is being treated as a missing person, not an abductee!! See McCann Files or Joana Morais.

The McCanns will be seething!!

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
It was about time! Although it's clearly a bit hurtful and unhelpful. :-)
xxxx

docmac said...

Hi Nancy

And this time it may not be Spain - or even Tiger - who wins :-)

docmac said...

And it wasn't!

Well done, Louis!

nancy said...

Hi Docmac -

Louis was fantastic and he now holds the record for causing the largest gap ever between the first and second players. And what a nice guy he seems too with a lovely wife and beautiful baby girl. I bet he is on top of the world and he so deserves to be! Well done South Africa!!

Back to Coronation Street now!!

docmac said...

Hi Nancy

Yes, they do seem be a very nice and close family. Just thinking about it - professional golfers always seem to have their nearest and dearest with them wherever they play. Unlike recreational tennis players and joggers.

docmac said...

Very interesting, if true. Claudia? You coming out of retirement on this one?

Cláudia said...

Nope. You've been away for too long, Doc. That's old news.

nancy said...

Hi Claudia -

Things have been very quiet on the McCann front, but I just read (thanks to Nigel on McCann Files) that this publicity seeking couple are threatening, through their rich and famous lawyers, Carter Ruck, to sue Tony Bennet.

Just why are this couple so scared of what Tony suspects, which is by and large what the rest of us trying to find justice for Madeleine suspect.

Is the Fund getting low and are their hotshot lawyers looking to make another load of money - after all there is a recession and they must be feeling the pinch like everyone else - I don't think!!

Just answer the questions Kate, because until you do you will always be suspected of trying to cover up. No innocent person refuses to answer questions, especially when police are trying to help find their daughter!

It begs the question as to why no interviewer (or none that I've seen) has ever asked why Kate refused to answer those 48 important questions.

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
The questions is: why continue with the letters to TB instead of suing him if they claim he has broken several times the undertaking to the High Court? That would shut him up once and for good, right?
xxxx

nancy said...

Claudia -

Exactly!

It would appear they are all mouth and trousers - whatever people might think of Tony Bennet, he has more legal knowledge than the average blogger who they can cower into submission.

If the McCanns and their lawyers thought they could gain anything from suing, they would have done so by now I'm sure. He's been getting their backs up since Madeleine disappeared.

By the way,is there any news about their libel action against Goncalo Amaral?

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
No, no news, as far as I'm aware!
