Hi Claudia and all,

Perhaps the voting public do have power after all.

Our UK non elected Prime Minister is feeling that force now!

If these two on this new thread have the tiniest amount to do with the MBM case in a negative manner (negative as in not in the missing childs interest imo which has a negative impact on all missing and abused children) then they deserve all they get. Karma, one should never mess with it!

Dylan,

Hope you had a good sleep in your comfy bed!

Cláudia said...

Hi, Zodiac!
It's the only way people can make them understand. Politicians live for power. And they only listen to voters when voters remind them that they only reach ower if people wish so. Gordon Brown has been feeling that for quite a while. Sócrates only started feeling that yesterday and it came as a surprise because it never crosed his mind that he could lose this election. All polls showed his party as the winner but those who cared enough to vote showed him that the real power is with the people. And that's why he lost.

Hi Cláudia,

Was Sócrates graceful in his losing?

Hi Zodiac, I did thanks. I'm not sure whether I appreciated the warmth or the comfort the most though!

HI, Dylan.
He tried to show some composure in his speech but he was clearly shocked because it came as a surprise to absolutely everybody. He just wasn't expecting it. Which made it more fun, I have to confess. :-)

Hello Claudia & all
About the next elections and the possible change of government, i don't believe it can be better to reopen the Maddie's case. Remember Expresso, Sic and all the PSd and PP who support the maccanns. Remember also psd didn't accepted GA as candidate .
Is it next Sunday that you are becoming a Godmother of Baby Sara?

Hi, Mandarinn.
To be honest, I don't know if it would be better. But it can't be worse, can it?
It will be on the 28th.

Thank you.
At the moment we are waiting to hear what the doctors want to do but it seems the first thing will be a pacemaker. Hoping for the best.

Hi Claudia and everyone -

Very sorry to hear about your uncle Claudia and I hope he recovers soon.

Hewlett to give interview to the Daily Mirro regarding Madeleine.

Will he, won't he, will he, won't he? If the answer is yes he will play the patsy and take the blame for abducting Madeleine, which is what the McCanns and all others involved would be ecstatic about, I for one won't be taken in by his obvious desire to make some money out of his notoriety. What does he have to lose? He's already been convicted for assaults on children, so one more won't worry him, even if it's a complete and utter lie.

Just why do they allow these paedophiles out of prison? Once they have been convicted of assaults against children,in my opinion, they should never be freed.

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy!
Thank you.
ouldn't agree more. Once convicted, paedophiles should never be allowed to be free again. As for the 'interview', may he has other plans... I have to confess I'm not really interested about what he has to say.
Have a nice day, Nancy.

Hi everyone -

Claudia -

Socrates and Brown - 'blind leading the blind' springs to mind. Birds of a feather, but I think Socrates knows how to dress himself properly at least.

Time is running out for Brown, but I don't think he'll go until he has gasped his last breath - he's hanging on for dear life right now!

I despised Blair and Brown comes a close second!

And to be quite honest I've completely lost faith in all politicians after the fiasco this country has seen lately.

Cláudia said...

Hi, Nancy.
Yes, birds of a feather, indeed.
Socrates is an elegant man. I jys wish he was as honest as he is elegant.
I don't think brown will leave unless he's pushed. A typical shameless politician. May faith in all of them has long gone.

Hi Claudia and all,

'I don't think he'll go until he has gasped his last breath'

Nancy he has an odd mannerism with his mouth when speaking which looks like he is taking his last gasp imo!

I think I would have more trust in the Phantom of Pdl than any politician!! Ooh talking of the Phantom. I wonder if he/she will be releasing a self-published anon book sometime soon explaining how he/she achieved this impossible task. After all doing it anon means he/she is untraceable. Doesn't it?? Perhaps he/she could call it "I don't exist, so don't bother trying to find me"!

Cláudia said...

Hi, Zodiac.
There's no such thing as anonymity. Except for the PdL Phantom Abductor, of course. ;-)

Hi Zodiac -

I see you've been posting on Ironside's latest thread - "McCanns fury at TV freeze"

I think they are so right on there when they liken Anna Smith to Rosiepops - both write vitriolic stuff and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it wasn't her!

If it isn't her, then they could be twins - perish the thought!!

Hi all!

Nancy, I am glad to say that our MP (Charles Clark) was one of those that was against giving Brown a second chance. He's been very good as our MP and i trust him!

Still having problems accessing this site.

Hi Dylan,

Yes, Charles Clark is one of the few Labour MP's who hasn't been found wanting as regards his personal expenses!

We have David Ruffley here and he has been named over his expenses unfortuntely.

I certainly didn't put a cross by his party in the local elections.

Hi Zodiac -

Anna Smith must surely read and post on RP's disgusting blog because they are uncannily alike in their vitriolic insults to anyone who doesn't happen to agree with every word they say. They certainly have an unhealthy obsession with Goncalo Amaral.
It's almost as if they are personally involved in the case!

I'm off on holiday for a couple of weeks.

Hope you all have an enjoyable couple of weeks too, whatever you are up to.

Meantime, to remember why we are here:

JUSTICE FOR MADELEINE!

And good luck to Goncalo Amaral in his fight for justice on her behalf.

Hasta luego amigas y amigos!

Hi Claudia and all,

'Just another ignorant, xenophobic, spineless idiot.'

Claudia I agree. However I agree with this from Nancy also:

'Anna Smith must surely read and post on RP's disgusting blog because they are uncannily alike in their vitriolic insults to anyone who doesn't happen to agree with every word they say. They certainly have an unhealthy obsession with Goncalo Amaral.
It's almost as if they are personally involved in the case!'

The reason being I remember on the DE one of the, imo, tw@ pack I think saying he/she was an accomplished author and had books on the shelf such as Waterstones! Of course we all p'd ourselves laughing as the contents of his/her posts showed they had no command of the English language! Also he/she appeared to be a bit thick and just another ignorant, xenophobic, spineless idiot! The poster I am thinking of he/she sent dispicable posts to Alsabella!

Nancy,

Have a lovely holiday.

Hello Claudia & all!!
I hope your uncle is doing better and you are having a mini vacation. with all the "feriados" xx.
About this sad case there few new things to say, but people can learnt the lesson of what happen when someone choose to lie and undervaluation the other people's intelligence. What happen with the MacCanns i think is out of their control , and more they persist in their lies more deep they fall.
The true can't never come out in public but they and sadly their twins will be marked people for ever .

Cláudia said...

Hi, Mandarinn.
Hope you're ok. Sorry for the delay in publishing the posts, but I have been away from the computer.
I haven't had much time to be online and I'm sure I've probably missed some news on the case, but not because of a mini vacation. It's the end of the school year and I have had some family issues to deal with. I've been checking my e-mail and replying to people who e-mail me and that's basically it.
We still don't know about my uncle. There are several things to be done by the medical team which is taking care of him. Tomorrow (if things go as planned) the first important step will be taken. Thank you for asking. I appreciate it.
I agree with you. But I'm sad that the twins will have to live with the consequences of other people's actions. They are innocent children who deserve the happiest life possible. As did Madeleine.
Beijinhos.

Cláudia said...

To the people who e-mailed me asking me if I was ok, first of all thank you and yes, I am. I'll reply. Soon, I hope.

Sorry, anon. Can't publish your post for legal reasons, as I'm sure you must know. But I can forward it if you wish so. Not around much so it can take some time.
